Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Gerald Urquhart
Students will:
• Learn to use Drama elements and conventions to devise and create performances
• Explore contemporary theatre practitioners, with particular reference to Stanislavski
• Attend at least one live theatre performance
• Present a class production which will be performed to an invited audience
Prerequisites
At least 40 Academic Graduation Points in the Y10 Drama (10DR1) course, including an 'Achieved' grade or higher in the 10DR1 end-of-year exam
OR HoD approval
For students who did not study Drama in Year 10, selection through application and interview with HoD
