11 Digital Technology 2

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Braden Robins.

 Digital Technology is a practical and creative course relating too many aspects of the 21st Century Industries that utilise the strengths of both the Technology, Maths and Sciences. The digital curriculum is about teaching students how to design their own digital solutions and become creators of, not just users of, digital technologies, to prepare them for the modern world.

Students will learn the basics of HTML, CSS coding by researching, designing and building a website. Students will also learn the basics of Programming in Python to develop their own working quiz/game.

This course will require students to have their own personal Laptop that will run the relevant software (iPad or chromebook will not be sufficient).
