Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mr B. Murphy
Students will:
• Work on a range of assignments based on the DVC syllabus. The quality of assignments and course work is expected to be at a level superior to Level 1. More complex design briefs development, computer aided design skills and understanding and visual communication skills will be required as well as a wider range of modes and media application
• Study architectural/landscape, media/technical illustration and the production of engineering/technological drawing in their assignments
• Be required to present a research assignments based on design and the implications of design on society
• Be required to supply their own A3 folder and instrumental drawing and rendering equipment
