Course Description

Students will:
This course is designed for students new to Economics. You will develop an understanding of basic Economic concepts and market mechanisms which relate to the key macroeconomic indicators of Unemployment, Inflation, Growth and Trade. Success in this course will assist entry into Level 3 Economics.
Prerequisites
Obtained a minimum of 15 MCEA credits in one other Commerce based subject at year 11 (Accounting or Business Studies)
