13 Mathematics with Calculus 2

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mr S. Kumar

This course is designed for those students who intend to study Mathematics, Science and similar technological careers at tertiary level. Calculus develops practical skills in differential and integral calculus. It is intended to illustrate various applications of calculus to technical problems. 

The theory of differentiation and integration will be enhanced and the application of these processes to real world situations will be included.

Prerequisites

*12MT1*: Achieved in at least four of the five standards including AS91257 (Graphs), AS91262 (Calculus) and a Merit in AS91261 (Algebra) OR HoD approval.
*12MC1 or 10MTA*: Achieved in at least four of the six standards including AS91257 (Graphs), AS91262 (Calculus) and a Merit in AS91261 (Algebra) OR HoD approval.
