Course Description

This course is run in partnership with AIS 

Students will:
• Spend one day a week from 11am to 2.30pm at AIS working in the café.
• Continue the introduction from Level 2 Food and Hospitality, building on practical skills and knowledge
• Gaining catering experience and providing meals for others will form part of their learning
