Course Description

Students will:
• Study performance, composition, aural analysis of music, score reading and musical knowledge. Two separate topics will be studied throughout the year

The credits listed below is the full set of Music credits available, but students will select approximately 24 credits from the following standards.

Prerequisites

At least 36 Academic Graduation Points in Year 10 Music (10MU1) including an 'Achieved' grade or higher in the 10MU1 end-of-year exam and HOD approval. A musical background in both performance and theory will have to be demonstrated.
