Teacher in Charge: Mrs S. Vincent
This course is designed for students who want to continue to keep a broader study of both Mathematics with Calculus and Statistics and to develop the skills to enable them to proceed on to Level 3 mathematics courses.
It covers some of the key components of the 12MC1 course including Algebraic methods, Graphical methods and Calculus. In addition it covers some of the key components of the 12MS1 course including Inference and Probability.
A broader study enables students to keep wider options when considering tertiary pathways but must be considered carefully in line with entry requirements of any University or other pathways as some of these courses require a deeper knowledge in either Calculus or Statistics.
*10MTA*: This course will overlap with some standards covered in the 10MTA course.
13 Calculus Scholarship, 13 Mathematics and Statistics 3, 13 Mathematics with Calculus 1, 13 Mathematics with Calculus 2, 13 Mathematics with Statistics 1, 13 Statistics Scholarship
