Course Description

Students will:
Demonstrate an understanding of concepts, principles and models (of physics). Apply concepts and principles (of physics) to explain physical phenomena, systems and devices, in the following topics: rotational motion, simple harmonic motion, and nuclear physics. They will use physics knowledge to develop an informed response to a socio-scientific issue and demonstrate understanding of the application of physics to a selected context.
13PY2 is a UE approved course.

Two Achieved grades in the External Achievement Standards in Level 2 Physics, one of which must be Mechanics
