Course Description

Digital Technology is a practical and creative course relating to many aspects of the 21st Century Industries that utilise the strengths of both the Technology, Maths and Sciences.  The digital curriculum is about teaching students how to design their own digital solutions and become creators of, not just users of, digital technologies, to prepare them for the modern world. 

This is a new course for 2020 with the aim of a new Level 2 course will be developed for 2021, followed by Level 3 in 2022.

This course will require students to have access to a computing device that will run the relevant software.  Please contact the Teacher in charge to check on the specifications.

Prerequisites

40% and above in all three of the end of Year 10 English, Maths and Science exams.
