Students will:
• Be introduced to concepts in understanding physical education, participation and performance in rugby and how physical education content can help improve their rugby performance.

Prerequisites

Students apply to the Director of Rugby and decisions will depend on the student’s punctuality to lessons, attitude during lessons, having the correct gear for lessons and demonstrated a willingness to learn and extend themselves in Year 10 Physical Education (10PE1) and Year 10 Rugby Academy (10RU1).
